SPIRITUALISM
Spiritualism can be a great help to you. Firstly it can bring you comfort and help by removing the fear of death and proving to you that there is survival after this life on earth. It can reunite you with loved ones you thought were gone forever through a third party known as a Medium. They can link in with the people who have passed to the world of spirit and bring you assurance that they are indeed still 'alive' and able to speak to you through this person. Once you know that they are still around and can see what is going on in your life and possibly make their thoughts known to you , you will feel much lighter and happier in yourself.
The spirit person makes themselves known to the Medium by
clairvoyance (the medium "seeing" the spirit) clairaudience (the medium 'hearing' the spirit) or clairsentience (the medium 'sensing' the spirit) and the Medium can then pass on to you what the spirit person is making known to them. Mediums can be seen by private appointment or at public meetings and their job is to prove survival after so called death.
Spiritual healing is another source of help that can be given. This is generally offered at all spiritual churches and centres and there is no charge made. Healers can also visit you in your own home if you are too unwell to travel to them. Again there is no charge but you may like to offer them some money towards their travelling expenses. This type of healing is sometimes called 'hands on'. The other form of healing is known as 'absent healing' and this can be sent to people who are too far away to visit. We ourselves do this at the Centre every Wednesday morning in our healing circle. We keep what is known as a 'Healing Book' in which we keep the names of people given to us who are in need of healing. Healing prayers are then sent out to those people by the members of the circle.
There are many interesting books available on both healing and mediumship and some churches and centres (our own included) have a library where you can borrow the books for a small donation.
